At Helen McArdle Care we employ professional, dedicated and committed members of staff who spend quality time listening and talking to our residents to ensure a home-from-home atmosphere is created.

The company is currently undertaking an ambitious expansion programme with nine new homes successfully opened between 2008 and 2009 and eight more to come over the next three years.

Some of the members of our team have been with us for over 20 years, working their way up from nursing positions to Managers and Directors. We are not currently recruiting for staff in Kenton, Hebburn, Shiremoor, Bishop Auckland, Guisborough and Low Fell. As soon as we begin recruiting for the Homes in these areas they will be online.
