At Helen McArdle Care we employ professional, dedicated and committed members of staff who spend quality time listening and talking to our residents to ensure a home-from-home atmosphere is created.

The company is currently undertaking an ambitious expansion programme with nine new homes successfully opened between 2008 and 2009 and eight more to come over the next three years.

Helen McArdle , the Founder and Chairman of Helen McArdle Care, started the company with a strong vision; she firmly believes that everyone has the right to dignity, privacy and respect and we pride ourselves on providing quality and considered care to each and every individual in a safe, comfortable environment. We are looking for people who can carry this vision through with commitment, enthusiasm, care and attention.

Some of the members of our team have been with us for over 20 years, working their way up from nursing positions to Managers and Directors. At Helen McArdle Care we are always on the lookout for rising stars and if you show the commitment and enthusiasm that we require there is no reason why you can’t excel within the company.
